When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are on a month-to-month basis. However, we do require a 14-day written notice prior to your anticipated move-out date.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. Online account access is available for payments 24 hours/day. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

What forms of payment do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, money orders and cash.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Size Guide tool on our website or call our team for assistance.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Food and other perishable items, flammable liquids, explosives and toxic materials are prohibited. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
At the time of your move-in, a unique gate access code will be issued to you providing access to your unit during Gate Access Hours. Gate Access Hours of operation extend several hours beyond the normally staffed office hours.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes, at our Burton Road East location you are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.

Do I need to provide proof of insurance for my stored items at the time of my move-in?
The items that you store are not insured by the property. You must provide proof of insurance at the time of your move-in:
1. copy of your homeowners or renters insurance policy covering your stored items.
or
2. Purchase a Storsmart policy available at your location.
